1. About Tryggve
Tryggve is an app for completing inspection rounds, approving or rejecting checkpoints, and following up on issues.
This policy explains how we handle personal data. For questions, contact hej@hgc.nu.
2. Information we collect
We collect and store:
- Your name and email address.
- Your project membership and permissions.
- Inspection results, photos, and notes added to projects.
- Information about who completes a round or marks an issue as resolved.
- Technical identifiers needed to send mobile notifications.
Information comes from you, your project administrator, and other users contributing to your projects.
We do not collect your device’s GPS location or use analytics or error-reporting tools.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to manage your account, provide project access, record inspections, follow up on issues, and send mobile notifications.
When you are our direct customer, we process information as necessary to provide the service under our agreement. For business accounts, we rely on our legitimate interest in managing customer relationships and providing authorised access.
When a company or organisation controls the use of personal data in a project, it is responsible for that processing and its legal basis. We handle that data on its behalf.
You can turn off mobile notifications in your device settings.
4. Who can access your information?
The project’s main administrator and invited users can access project information according to their permissions.
We use providers for hosting, data storage, and mobile notifications. They process the information needed to deliver these services. We may also disclose information when required by law.
5. Storage and deletion
Our primary application data is stored within the European Union (EU).
We retain customer data while the customer relationship is active. When that relationship ends, all associated customer data is deleted within 30 days. This includes account information, project data, photos, notes, inspection history, and issue records.
To request deletion of your personal data, contact hej@hgc.nu.
6. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You may also request restricted processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request a portable copy of eligible data.
Contact hej@hgc.nu to make a request. If your organisation is responsible for the data, we will help direct your request to it.
You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection at imy.se or your local data protection authority.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The latest version will show its update date. We will notify affected users of significant changes as appropriate.
